Hardback Books
From flat printed sheets supplied we Fold sections to suit, End paper, Gather sections, Thread sew, Flexi line and three knife trim books to sizes from 135mm X 95mm up to 360mm X 270mm, oversized books can be catered for offline, round and backed or flat back.
Make cases with supplied printed cover or various book clothes to suit, over board calliper to suit, foiled on front, back or spine, cased in with French grooved joints.
Extras as required:
Head and Tail Bands, Marker Ribbons, Dust Jackets, Gilt Edging, Gilt Corners, Padded Board, Inserts tipped or loose, Shrink Wrapping, Boxing.
Paperback Books

Leather Binding
Our highly skilled craftsmen can produce bespoke quality leather finished books. As illustrated Richard Harshers fine bindings, accounts style bookbinding (ledger).
Digital Printing
We offer a small run book production service, which we can output in short-run of up to 250gsm thick full colour.
It uses a Dry ink process that produces sharp colour correct results which certainly competes with the traditional litho process.
With little set-up costs, this process is the only method of producing cheaper, shorter runs.
